Quick, easy, healthy and affordable snack!! Who couldn't love crispy little chickpeas for a yummy snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 can of Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 tbs. Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Lawery's Seasoning
  • 2 tbs. Parmesan (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Rinse and soak the can of beans.
  3. Toss in the other ingredients, give it a good stir and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Let roast for 15-20 minutes depending on your preferred crispiness.
  5. Enjoy!
