Start mixing butter and sugar. Add in lemon zest and 2 eggs. After evenly mixed add in the remaining of the wet ingredients (vanilla and cream).
Slowly mix in flour a half cup at a time. Then baking powder and salt.
Once everything is well mixed add the blueberries. I would suggest just gently hand stirring these in so they do not get mixed roughly and break.
Grease your baking containers and pour in the batter. Fill each a bit over the half way point. It will rise in the oven. Let cook for 55 minutes or until nothing sticks to a fork when inserted to the top of the bread.
While the bread is in the oven whisk together your glaze - lemon juice and sugar. Pour on top of the loaves immediately after they are taken out of the oven.
Let bread cool for 15-20 minutes and then remove from the baking containers. Enjoy!
